What to do when Windows Update gets stuck and is frozen? Just follow the step by step guide on how to solve this issue.

Power down the computer or laptop by holding down the power button for 3 to 5 seconds. Now start the computer, you will need to do this procedure 3 times to get to choose a option screen. From there, choose troubleshoot/Advanced options/Uninstall Updates

Click the Uninstall latest feature update option
