3Just incase you are deaf or something here is it in the desc
step 1:Click General and click Advanced.
Step 2:click others and click Video Recording Settings.
Step 3:change Primary Sound Device to Default Sound Device.
Step 4:Change Secondary Sound Device to Realtek.
Step 5:Click settings And click Playback.
Step 6:Change Realtek to Default device.
Step 7:Then enjoy the audio
Step 8 make sure The box next to Two Sound Mixing checked
Step 9: and enjoy !!!!
