Not a permanent fix. Typically lasts about 3 months for me. This is how to fix the Bluetooth issue on any Ford Sync product including My Ford Touch. Works across all Ford models. In this one I use my 2016 Ford Mustang, that needs a car wash.

Basically just disconnect the negative terminal from the battery, wait a couple seconds, and put it back on.
