This video is a tutorial for How to Fix Boot Device Not Found | Please Install an Operating System on Your Hard Disk | Hard Disk (3F0)

For fixing this issue,
Just restart your system - Press 'F10" repeatedly & it will enter to 'BIOS' settings.
In BIOS - Click 'Advanced' Tab - Click on 'Secure Boot Configurations' - Select from drop down 'Legacy Support Enable And Secure Boot Disable'
Then Click 'F10" & Save & Exit
Then the system will restart & it will boot to OS.
If this solution does not work, maybe the Hard disk could be damaged
