Hey guys, today I'm going to show you how to fix the cod 4 multiplayer problems when you first launch the game and it comes up with an error message saying punkbuster has been disabled and then how to get the servers fixed.

The latest version of punkbuster removes support for all of the call of duty's. I found a link to an older version of it where it still supports call of duty 4. Then you have to get the servers showing again and getting a new server cache will fix this.
