Recently moved your drives and having a bug where EA Origin can't find PC games that you've already installed to your system? This is the fix.

For Windows 8 users YouTuber Knuck7 posted this in the comments section:

"Windows 8 might have an issue with this. IF THIS DOESN'T WORK AND YOU HAVE WINDOWS 8... try to change the location mentioned in the video, THEN press download, it will not download anything but will actually just "re-install" the game. It won't change anything, it won't actually re-install any files, it might take a minute but it works."

I don't have Windows 8 so I can't comment how Origin behaves in that environment.

Here's an alternate fix by YouTube member Damien Mason:

"I tried this and unfortunately it did not work. Another thing to try which did end up working for me: Once you have changed the location it downloads to, to a fresh place separate from your original install, begin a fresh download of the game. Once the game begins to download any amount, close Origin and go to the file location. Delete everything within the game's folder and cut the original download's content into the folder. Run Origin. It will completely bypass the download and take a few seconds to verify its install, and a little more time if that game contains DLC but saves a considerable amount of time overall."

I have NOT tested the above but the logic is sound.

Another similar alternate fix by Arief Daniel:

"Imbacore Dude . Finally i found the way to fix and its worked . First , move to new location you want . then , then reinitiate download in a new folder , after the download start , pause it , exit Origin , then copy everything bf4 to the new folder which u dl on . ^^"
