Open program files
Open google Folder
Click Chrome then Application
Create desktop icon of Chrome
Rename it
if that didn't work
Go to search button and run command prompt
Type :
NETSH INT IP RESET C:\RESETLOG.TXT
and Press Enter
Type :
NETSH WINSOCK RESET
and Press Enter
Type :
IPCONFIG/FLUSHDNS
and Press Enter
Now Restart your PC and problem has been fixed
