DISCLAIMER: Many people claim that this may not work, this is a old error from 2013 so I think this may not be recent. I may record another video soon on my other channel, I don't make how-to's/tutorials on this channel.

Hello guys, I'm showing you on how to fix iTunes error 3194 due to faillure to update your iDevice in Windows.

Go to computer and you want to go to C:/ then Windows, System32, drivers, and the etc folder.

You click on a file called hosts, click that and select program to notepad. 

Delete the lines as said below, these two will be found in the middle like this. They are already deleted.

102.54.94.97     rhino.acme.com          # source server
#       38.25.63.10     x.acme.com              # x client host

#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com (delete this if you find it)

Once you done, open up your iTunes and see if it updates your iDevice. I'm not going to show that in the video since there in is no need to.

If you successfully updated your device then it shouldn't no problem there.

Things as I forgot to mention....

Once you done deleting those lines, there is no need to properly to have it as is. Don't forget to overwrite it while saving the file you edited.
