Do you have Lower Back Pain and are looking for a cure? Then you clicked the correct Video. I will show you a small Routine that you can do within 5mins in the Morning to Reduce or completely Cure your Lower Back Pain.

The Format is perfect for your Phone (vertical format), so you can do these exercises everywhere while watching the Video.

The most common reasons for Lower Back Pain are Overworked Muscles and too much tension which we will work on in the video. But If you have Bones fractures, Disk problems, or other diseases, please consult a Doctor. The same applies to an intensification of Pain during any exercise.

Yes, I know, the Video is longer because I did all Exercises longer and explained them. But If you understand the 5 Exercises and only focus on them, you can do the whole routine within 5mins :)

Each Exercise can be done in different ways. I show you my favorites that helped me the most in the last few years. Every Body is different, so I can encourage you to vary the durations and intensities of all shown movements to find your personal best way.
As a guideline: Try to keep the Stretching-Pain on a 7-8 out of 10.
If 10 means: you cannot hold it for the duration and
0 means: you don't feel any Stretching-Pain
