There's a lot of people doing Macbook repairs for the A2141 and A1990 which suffere a high attrition rate due to the way Apple designed the cooling intakes and positioned critical regulation componets right in the path of incoming detrius.

Unfortunately if you take needless risks when attempting to repair these machines you can end up failing with jobs that would have been repairable.

In this video I guide you through the process of how to repair A1990 and A2141 machines that have suffered power-failure fault in such a way as to minimise the risk of data loss.
