Steps in this video :
Step 1) Perform Clean Installation of Graphics Driver

Step 2) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, desktop users connect the display/HDMI cable to dedicated graphics card slot not the motherboard slot
Step 3) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 4) Rename/delete config folder (all saved settings will be lost and this will regenerate the shaders), rename the save game files, create a backup first, all the save game progress will be lost
Step 6) Launch game from the installation folder, run game as an administrator, try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 7) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program, if using Windows security do the same.
Step 8) Verify the game files
Step 9) Try Power saver mode
Step 10) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.

Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 11) Disable Steam overlay, Close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager remove the undervolt

Step 13) Update Windows
Step 14) Update system BIOS
Step 15) If able to launch the game, switch to windowed mode lower down graphics settings
Step 16) Install the same to SSD, Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C Drive (SSD Drive), if already installed in C drive try installing to another SSD
