In this video I show you how to fix a big problem that myself and a lot of other people have come across. It's very annoying that this is the only way to fix it buy anyways.

Before you delete the application make sure to wait approximately 10 minutes after the intro in to NBA 2K14 and see if that works.

What 2K sent me:

Delete NBA 2K14 Application from your PS4/XB1
Power down your PS4/XB1 completely.
Disconnected your PS4/XB1 from power
Plug your PS4/XB1 back into power
Power up your PS4/XB1
Re-install NBA 2K14
Sign into your PSNid/GT
Load NBA 2K14
Watch the entire intro Video
Update all patches for NBA 2K14

I personally just deleted the game and reinstalled and it worked without doing the rest of the steps.
