1. Refresh the “package” folder.
2. Disable internet connection
3. Run Steam with Administrative privileges
4. Modify Host File to change content server of Steam
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts.
Open hosts with Notepad
Copy the text written below and paste it at the end of the file:
