The biggest reason why SA might be stuttering is that the frame delay feature is taxing your cpu too much. Some games require more cpu than others, so, unless you are getting stuttering across all games, I recommend adjusting the delay on a per game basis. I have demonstrated the process of doing just that in this video. Ketsui, especially, is one of the more taxing games when it comes to frame delay. I'd say drop it down to 2, and if it keeps stuttering, then drop it down to 0.
