Shadowlands Patch 9.0, then 9.1, and soon 9.2: One major glaring problem has continued to haunt the Expansion: What is the Open World for?

With content like Mythic+ and Raiding still considered high quality, how could it be that we find ourselves in this situation when it comes to...anything else?

Blizzard tried to fix the Open World woes from Legion and BFA by listening to the playerbase and removing long awaited and much complained about Systems like Titanforging and AP grind from the game, yet somewhat forgot to actually fill the Open World with....LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE TO DO!
