This Pc/My computer Desktop Icons missing? Add windows 10 desktop icon shortcuts. Here are the steps:

1. Right-click an empty area on the desktop and select "Personalize"

2. Select on the "Themes", click the "Desktop icon settings" link.

3. Place a check mark beside "Computer" and "Recycle bin" and any other icons you may want to add to the desktop, including "User's files", "Control panel" and "Network".

You should now see "This PC" located on your desktop.
