How to fix unlicensed app error for Adobe Photoshop (2023) [Tutorial/Troubleshoot]
5If you get unlicensed app error when opening up Adobe Photoshop (2023), follow these steps:
-Control Panel
-System and Security
-Windows Defender Firewall
-Advanced Settings
-Click Outbound Rules
-Click New Rule
-Select Program and hit Next
-Select "This Program path:", click Browse, and look for Adobe Photoshop 2023 which is default C: Folder
-Select Photoshop.exe
-Click Open
-Select Block Connection
-You have now blocked authorization from Adobe Cloud Service
-It should now work with Adobe Photoshop (2023) without unlicensed app error message.
