How To Fix We Couldn't Set Your Default Save Location Error Code 0x80070005 on Windows 10

Open the Settings app. Click on System and then on "Storage" from the side-bar on the left. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where it says "More Storage Settings". Click on the text that reads "Change where new content is saved".

As mentioned earlier, the most probable reason why you fail to change the default location is that you don't have full permission on that drive. So, you need to access the permissions of the Packages folder and then try to change where the new contents will be saved.
