Do you want to know how to forget a controller and disconnect it from the bluetooth options on your PS4? To do this go to settings, then go to devices and then select your controller or bluetooth device. Then press options and you can deregister the device from your PS4. This will remove it from the devices list and you will have to re connect your PS4 controller back to your PS4!
