How to format USB/External hdd to fat32 | Change partition GPT to MBR
Tho I set ps3 as an example for this video, but there are other reasons why sometime we need to change the partition of our hdd or usb.
Rufus only works with usb thumb drive while fat32formatter only words with hdd/external hdd.
If the fat32formatter can already detect the hdd, then its already on MBR, no need to change the partition via cmd. That it the reason why I recommend this formatter, you'll know right away if the partition is already in MBR.
Properly back up all importand files in for hdd or usb first before you format them
Type cmd on start menu to open command prompt
type diskpart.
Type list disk and press Enter.
Type select disk (number of the hdd you wish to change partition)
Type clean to format and press Enter.
Type convert MBR and press Enter.
