I love Xbox Use Code feature... where xbox one and kinect will scan a QR code so you dont have to fuss around with loading the 16 digit code. Some people on reddit suggested I try out an app that will convert your codes into a QR code that you can use with xbox one.

The results are pretty damn nice. I'm not sure its a lot less work... however its nice to be able to use that kickass feature
