This video provides you with essential tips to kick some ass on the global leaderboard of Ski Safari 2. Apart from these, you only need a little bit of luck and a lot of free time.

Preparations:
– Unlock the full (12x) score multiplier.
– Buy the Flaming Wreck or Winged Mobile and select one of them.
– Optionally, you can buy the Yeti Skis, but you won't survive long without an animal or snowmobile anyway.
– Ideally, get the snow mobile as starting item for the level you want to play.

– Get the score multiplier up to 12 by touching clouds, getting flame boosts and picking up animals. You can do backflips now, but don't do them later on when the avalanche is close, as they will only slow you down
– Jump often and keep swiping to the right, as that trick will give you 400 points (the other tricks only give you 200).
– The Flaming Wreck will give you lots of invincibility boosts, whereas the Winged Mobile will help you avoid danger altogether

– While airborne, try to glide farther by keeping the snowmobile relatively flat (this is where the Winged Mobile shines).
– Try to keep at least two animals at all times.
– Coin rings and chains will give you flame boosts, so go get them whenever you can.
– Riding on/bursting through clouds gives you 800/1000 points (times 12).

– Be careful when jumping in caves, as you may hit several stalactites in a row and lose multiple animals (only Penguin Peaks and Jurassic Lark), so sacrificing an eagle on a rock might be better than losing all your animals and your snowmobile at once.

– When you have more than 3M points, your snowmobile will behave in a weird way when you're on top or inside of caves. It might just hop by itself which will slow you down greatly. These glitches will most likely be the reason why your run ends (you will not die by your own mistakes)

– Whenever you collect a photo, do a trick right away to get a whopping 5,000 (x 12 = 60,000) points

– When you die, use the rocket, as you can't collect animals with the jet pack. At this point you will die in a matter of seconds without at least a penguin. Avoid eagles at all costs (do a trick when you're about to touch them) as they will leave you defenseless afterwards.
