Sign up for Tracfone 15 dollar a month plan. Turn off auto refill. Manually add your data. Turn off all your apps under cellular that may be data consumption services ( spyware) or scammy apps. Use the apps you need. 15 a year for talk + 5 dollars every time you use up 500mbs=something like 35 dollars a year if you just turn on the apps you need. ++ Auto refill deactivates by downloading the Tracfone app....or get red pocket idk.
