Reminders
1. Your SIM and promo must be activated within 30 days from delivery. The promo will not activate beyond the 30-day delivery period.

3. Your DITO SIM Card may only be used on a compatible mobile device that can make voice calls and send SMS and within the areas covered by the DITO Network. Check if your phone is compatible by visiting the DITO website.
4. We are continuously updating our list of compatible mobile devices. If your mobile device is not on the DITO compatible list yet, you can still experience HIGH-SPEED DATA if you are within DITO-covered areas and your mobile device is 4G or VoLTE capable (calls and SMS not guaranteed).
If still can’t access the data service? Try these steps (may vary per model):
1. Insert your DITO SIM Card on your mobile device.
2. Go to “Settings” and click “Mobile Network”. Then choose “Access Point Name”.
3. Click “Add button” and manually type “internet.dito.ph” on the APN field.
4. Enable your “Mobile Data”. You will receive a Welcome SMS once your DITO Starter Pack is activated. The Welcome SMS will also contain a link to the DITO APP and your initial login password.
