15Instructions on how to get an email whenever Google Sheets gets a new row, or make a new sheets row trigger an email notification. Sheets by default will only send notifications if someone is logged in and makes updates, but if you use another service to create new rows in sheets automatically you need to get emailed when sheets is updated with a new row.
Setup an account on Zapier.com
Then add a new Zap
Search for Sheets
Connect your Google Account
Choose your Spreadsheet Sheet
Choose your Sheet
Choose which columns or all trigger
Choose whether to get updates on only new lines or any updates
Connect + Confirm
Search for Email
Email by Zapier
Setup the receiving email, subject, body message.
Test and validate
