People keep asking me if they're too old to have fast reflexes in games so I decided to answer with a video.

We're human, we definitely have limits and things do change as we get older, but the mindset of being "too old" is not going to help that.

Until you're absolutely sure it's your age holding you back, keep trying new things and find ways to improve. And even then, keep trying to be your best.

In case it wasn't clear, the underlying message to this video is "don't worry about these kinds of labels, just do what you can to improve and accept whatever happens after". As long as you give it your best, it's all good.

But then, these are just games, so don't worry too much, make sure you're having fun.
