Directly under the entrance to the Right-Leg Depot is an assortment of Zonai Devices you can use to get up such as a hover stone and 2 rockets.

This video is a correction to the statement in my previous video that you require flight. Though in a sense you're still making a contraption to get up it's something you can do on-site without prior preparation.
