NOTE: You can only do this on PC/Mac as far as I know.
NOTE2: Sorry for the graphical glitches in video idk how that happened

TL;DR version:
1: Open file explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together\data\sound
2: Open "sanity.fsb" with notepad. (It would be a good idea to make a copy of the file too, just in case something goes wrong)
3: Delete everything in the file and save.
