How to get Spyragos Secret Pet | A Dragon's Day Off Quest | how to make Dealer Vexil interactable
26To be able to start the A Dragon's Day Off quest for the Spyragos pet, you need to have finished the Wrathion's Gambit - Waking Hope - The Waking Shores story quest line.
To start the quest ask Vazallia "What are you doing here?"
She's patrolling the area in her dragon form so it may take some time for her to come down

Required beverages:
• Riptide Brew: Cave south of Tuskarr Fishing Hole, guarded by Lago the Drowned
• Popfizz Punch: Shipwreck northwest of zone
• Flameslinger Rum: Sold by Dealer Vexil (requires Worldbreaker questline completion and membership)
• Happy Trigger Sour: Sold by Firstmate Kaleson at Obsidian Bulwark
• Slam Bam Swill: Treehouse south of Uktulut Pier flight point
• Stealthy Elven Port: Sold by Stabitha Sharptwist at Obsidian Throne
• Whirlwind Wine: Buy Kul Tiran Red from Kora Fullsails, throw at eastern air elementals
Here's how to make Dealer Vexil interactable:
1. At Obsidian Citadel, complete "Allegiance to One" and "Keys of Loyalty" by giving a Restored Obsidian Key to Wrathion or Sabellian.
2. Create another Restored Obsidian Key for Igys the Believer (32.3, 52.5) to receive an Obsidian Cache containing a Worldbreaker Membership.
3. Use the Worldbreaker Membership to become friendly with all worldbreaker NPCs including Dealer Vexil who will now be interactable.
4. Find Ingot (39.4, 48.3) on the hill above Vexil's cave. Complete the "Punching Up" questline through "The Shadow of His Wings".
After completing "The Shadow of His Wings", you'll need a Worldbreaker Membership to interact with Dealer Vexil. Once activated, this grants a two-day "Worldbreaker" title allowing trades with Vexil. Note: The title is lost upon death.
Whirlwind Wine: Buy Kul Tiran Red from Kora Fullsails who is right next to Kaleson, coordinates 43,67. Next, travel to coordinates 76,42 and find a Rampaging Wind. Throw the Kul Tiran Red at it and you will get the Whirlwind Wine in your bag.
