So all you have to do is log into halo the master chief collection. Then you'll get a message of the day. In order to equip the little beaner go to options and career., then customization, and then halo 3. The bean dude is only available for halo 3 skins. Click on customize spartan, and scroll down to back accessory. Finally, scroll down to bean-117 and equip it.
