The P.R.A.W.N. Suit requires two power cells to operate. The user is able to dock the P.R.A.W.N. Suit into the Cyclops and the Moonpool. The P.R.A.W.N. Suit can be used to explore dark and/or deep places. [1] The P.R.A.W.N. Suit has a base crush depth of 900 meters, and a fully upgraded crush depth of 1700 meters, making it the best deep exploration vehicle. However, due to its limited vertical mobility, it may be wise to use a Cyclops to transport the Suit, as certain biomes may be quite difficult for it to get out of on its own, such as the Blood Kelp Zone or Underwater Islands.
Upon entering the P.R.A.W.N. Suit, the player's oxygen stores will be replenished - unless the P.R.A.W.N. Suit is depleted of energy, as is the case with the Seamoth and the Cyclops. In this case, the oxygen will slowly run out until the point where the player is losing oxygen within the P.R.A.W.N. Suit itself.
The P.R.A.W.N. Suit has a health meter - reaching zero will cause the P.R.A.W.N. Suit to malfunction catastrophically and explode. Unlike the Seamoth however, the P.R.A.W.N. Suit is heavily armored and can endure most things that would otherwise severely damage or destroy a Seamoth, such as a Reaper Leviathan's grip.
Four P.R.A.W.N. Suit fragments can be found in the Aurora's Prawn Bay, and in various Wrecks. The Aurora's fragments count for 25% of a blueprint, whereas wreck fragments (not including arm upgrades) count for 5%.
