0Catcher Chocobo has 3 Phases
The first phase. Here you need to get at 4, maybe 5 balloons just to have a chance.
The second phase as the camera pans. Here is when the birds start appearing, you need to weave to the left and the right while also collecting balloons.
The third phase is mostly the same as the second, but you have less space to weave left and right.
Definitely the hardest minigame in Final Fantasy 10, Catcher Chocobo and its a must win one too if you are doing the post game content, as you need the Sun Sigil to fully upgrade Tidus' Celestial Weapon.
