0You can't cheat items into the Nat Dex Ironmon patch, but there is a workaround.
Follow the instructions to install both the Tracker and Nat Dex extension for it.
Once you have the game running with the tracker, you need to go to Lua Console again in Bizhawk and find the Debug folder in the Ironmon Tracker files. Run the AddItems.lua script and add whatever items you want to your game.
