I've been using these in-ear sleep headphones for a few weeks and am now here with a relaxing video that's a tad different from my usual in order to give you an idea of what the experience is like.

The Philips Sleep Headphones let you soak in relaxing sounds with various different soundscapes including things like camp fires crackling, the ocean lapping at the beach or rain pitter pattering on the window. You can mix in sound of relaxing music or meditation or sleep coaching sessions and then drift off into a wonderful sleep. White, brown and pink noise are also available as an option, so when you fall alseep the usual audio can be faded out into something that just helps mask the sounds and troubles of the world.
