QUICK AND TO THE POINT. This tutorial shows how to take the PSVR 1 (Models CUH-ZVR1 and CUH-ZVR2) and how to connect it to a PlayStation 5. Specifically it shows what cords go into what ports. A PlayStation Camera adapter will be needed, as well as the stuff that came with the PSVR: the Processor Unit (aka Breakout Box), the Headset, USB Cable, AC Adaptor, and HDMI cord.
