VRCSDK Package Instructions

First start a new Unity Project .Then Drag the VRCSDK & the Plug ins Folder to the Assets Area @ The Bottom of your Unity Project window, Now just wait for it to Load up. Afterwards your all set and your Unity VRCSDK Should be now Selectable with all of it's Options Above.

NOTE: If you are a New User To VRChat, You Will Have To Spend Time on VRChat Before you can Upload, Also it will be about two weeks before VRChat Emails you Sending you Conformation to Upload Avatars.
Note #2: Make Sure that you are not running Unity Engine in Administrator Mode or else you will not be able to Drag the Files required into UE.

For Visemes Lip Sync
=====================
Click your Avatar and Go to the VRC Descriptor and look down until you see Lip Sync in the Menu Click the drop down Box and Select Viseme Blend Shape then in the Box below it you will see a tiny dot on the Right Side of it, Click that dot and Select your Body for the pop up Menu on the Left Side of the Screen then just fill in below what ever the the Menu Requests. Afterwards you are Finished with Visemes and your Mouth will now Move when ever you Speak in VRChat.
