How to install custom steam skins 2016 [Windows 10]

this video shows you how to install custom steam skins.
Instructions:
Find a steam skin
Download the skin and extract the file to the skin folder in the steam folder. C: Drive - Program Files x86 - Steam - Skin
Once the file is downloaded open steam and head to settings:
Steam client - Settings - Interface - skins
Upon clicking the dropdown menu the name of the skin you installed should be there.select it and press okay once you do that steam will tel you to restart the client in order for the interface to change select 'restart steam' and it will automatically re-open obviously.
Enjoy your skin.
