This video shows how in download the Pokemon Ranger net missions into a save. Best suited for the Official Game, optional for Flashcard and Emulator. This video utilizes the Mobile Hotspot to obtain a WEP connection, allowing the DS to connect to the Wiimmfi servers. Be careful when using a WEP (or no security) connection, I suggest you turn it off when not in use.
