Do you need Windows 11 OS for something? Do you not have the ability to create a dual boot OS on your HDD? Using VirtualBox avoids that and simply utilises space on your hard drive which will avoid wiping your current operating system.
I must stress here that Windows 11 will need at least 8GB of RAM to run and at least 100GB space for installation, updates, and your programs. You will also need a better Processor than an aged I5 4 Core, 4 Threads which is what I have used for this tutorial. I would also make sure that you have at least 4GB VRAM on your GPU for extra video performance.
In order to give your Virtual OS A full screen, go to VirtualBox tab and select scaling. I set mine to around 150% and then go to view and select "Full Screen"..job done!
