Follow the steps below to leave a group on Facebook:
1. Open the Facebook app on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. In the app open the Facebook menu by select the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of the app.
3. Select Groups.
4. Select Your Groups in the top menu.
5. Find and select the Facebook group you want to leave.
6. Once on the Group page, select Joined.
7. In the menu, select Leave Group.
8. Confirm that you want to leave the Facebook group by select Leave Group.
