Step 1: Boil water for 10-15 minutes
Step 2: Pour water into separate cup
Step 3: Add 1 Teaspoon of Salt
Step 4: Stir until salt dissolves
Step 5: Pour into Neti pot
Step 6: Tilt head and pour into both nostrils. (REMEMBER TO BREATHE OUT YOUR MOUTH and don’t choke or swallow)
Step 7: Breathe a little better
