here in this video we concoct a delicious banger smoothie, which i personally use to gain mass, size and strength for bulking. very easy to make, and extremely customizable. in this video, these were used

-blender
-frozen fruits of choice
-fresh fruit of choice
-milk
-oats
-peanut butter
-yoghurt
-hemp seeds

as in extremely customizable, in order to really make a smoothie in my opinion is just 1 frozen component, 1 fresh component, 1 fluid, 1 grain/carb, 1 protein/fat source, which can be of your preference. or just mash random stuff in blender, that works too. this vid is just a follow along, or something to reference to.

hope you enjoy vid, edited and threw this all together in 1 night. wanted to try making a more simple video, i tend to burn out from "over-editing" my videos, so this was a good change for me.
