Here's my own version of how to make a USB-powered fan. The materials I used include an old fan from a computer's system unit, an old USB cable taken from a webcam, scissors, and electrical tape. You may also use a soldering iron/gun and soldering lead if you want.
This video only shows the basic steps. You may want to improve your own setup once you tried it for yourself.
