How To Make Capsicam Kima-Tagalog w/ English Sub
A Delicious Pakistani Food made with Minced Beef and Green Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
5 tbsp of oil + 3 tsp of oil
5 pcs of big onion, chopped
1 finger size of grind ginger
1 whole pc of garlic, grind
5 pcs tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp chillie powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
3 5 tsp salt ( according to your taste)
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin seeds or zeera
1/2 kg minced beef
1/2 kg green bell pepper,
unseed and slices long shape
2 tsp garam masala powder
Water ( as shown in the video)
Procedure:
1. Put 5 tbsp of oil in a pan
2. Put 5 big pcs of chopped onion
3. Make it brown
Put the grind ginger and garlic
4. Lower thr fire when it start getting brown
5. Put 5 pcs of chopped tomatoes,
higher the fire
6. Put half cup of water
7. Put the spices :
2 tsp chillie powder, 2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt, 2 tsp corriander powder
2 tsp cumin seed
8. Put the 1/2 kg of minced beef
9. Put half liter of water
10. Put in highest fire
11. Make it dry
12. Check it every 5 minutes to mixed
13. When its dry roasted it for 5 minutes,
add more 3 tbsp of oil so its easier to
roasted the minced
Note: Roasted means not stop mixing while
the fire is high
14. When it change color to brown, add the
1/2 kg of green bell peppers
15. Add 1 cup of water
16. Cover it, put now in medium fire
17. When you see the oil float, put 1 tsp
of garam masala
18. Add more water if you like more soup
19. Add more salt and chillie powder according to your desired taste
20. Enjoy
NOTE:
You can top the capsicam kima with yoghort when you are going to eat.
