Have you ever wished ChatGPT could not just respond to your queries in text but also speak to you, making your interactions even more dynamic and accessible? Whether you're multitasking, need assistance due to visual impairments, or simply enjoy auditory learning, having ChatGPT read responses out loud can greatly enhance your experience.
In this video I'll guide you through the steps to make ChatGPT vocalize its responses, turning your text-based conversations into spoken words.
Step 1. Navigate to the ChatGPT response you want to be read out loud.
Step 2. Hold your cursor over that response until you see a menu directly beneath it. Click the speaker icon in that menu. ChatGPT will start reading the response to you in its default voice.
You can change ChatGPT's reading voice at any time by clicking your account name at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen to bring up a menu, and then clicking "Settings" in that menu. The Settings window opens. Click "Speech" in the menu on the left side of this window. A voice option shows up on the right side of the window that defaults to the Juniper voice. Click "Juniper" to bring up a menu with other voice style options. Choose your new voice style. Your new voice style will be applied immediately. You can navigate back to this section at any time to change the voice that ChatGPT reads responses in.
