How to make Cheesy Onion Omelette on the Char Broil side burner with Jimbo Jitsu Day 179.

For todays recipe you will need:
3 large eggs, 4 tbsp butter, 1 cup shredded cheese, half medium onion diced, seasoning to taste.
Step by step:
On the side burner of your Char Broil tru infrared grill saute your onions with 3 tbsp of butter and set aside, clean pan. Add 1 tbsp butter and 3 beaten eggs. As the eggs start to cook pull the cooked portion to the outside with a spatula going around the pan once then push the cooked egg to the center chop open some of the cooked egg so the uncooked center will mix. Push the oustide edge in a little bit and shake the pan to make sure the eggs move freely for your flip. If they don't add butter around the edges and push under eggs with spatula. When most of the egg is no longer runny flip and add onion and cheese to half let cook about a minute and fold the other half over the top of the cheese and onion filling. cook 30 seconds to a minute cover if you like and you are done!
