In this video recipe Barry Lewis shows you how to make a delicious homemade lasagne. The flavour is incredible in this dish and it's actually a lot easier than you think to chuck this together, a real crowd pleaser that everyone will enjoy!
Ingredients
500g minced beef ( 1lb 2 oz)
400g chopped tomatoes (14 oz)
300g condensed tomato soup (11 oz)
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 pepper, sliced
1/2 carrot grated
handful fresh basil
60g butter (2 oz)
60g flour (2 oz)
400ml milk (1.7 cups)
30g parmesan 1 (oz)
30g gruyere cheeese, grated (1 oz)
fresh lasagne sheets
extra parmesan & grated mozarella to top
salt & pepper
chopped parsley to serve
