How to Make LEBLANC CURRY from Persona 5 Royale | Feast of Fiction | Video Game Food in real life
3,448Joker said, "Your dreams are much more complex than you think!", but are they as complex as a well balanced curry with a hint of espresso? You be the judge - we're making Leblanc Curry from Persona 5 Royal.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Beef, cubed (stew meat)
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Cooking oil
1/2 cup Red wine
1 1/2 cups Water
1 Bay leaf
1 honeycrisp apple, grated
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated
Fry onions until brown and carmelized
2-4 garlic cloves
1 tsp fresh Ginger grated
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom Powder
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp. Chili Pepper
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 shot of espresso, or 1 tsp instant coffee
Ghirardelli chocolate, 1 rectangle
Beef Broth bouillon, 1 cube
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup plain Yogurt
1 tbsp. Honey
Instructions:
1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
2. Add oil to a frying pan over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add the beef, and fry until browned.
3. Add the red wine, water, and bay leaf. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
4. In a separate pan on medium high, fry onions until browned. Add carrots, apples, ginger and mix together. Add spices, mix well.
5. Add beef and 1/2 cup of broth to onion pan.
6. Add salt, coffee, chocolate, bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce, yogurt, and honey. Mix well.
7. Serve over rice with coffee.
