This video shows you how to make a cheap, nutritious, and delicious fruit smoothie for 2 people (2 20 oz cups).

Ingredients:
4 strawberries
1 red delicious apple
2 slices of cantaloupes
1 kiwi fruit
20 oz of soy milk (sweetened)
12 ice cubes (medium size)

Puree/smoothie for about 30sec-1 min. Ready to serve, refrigerate leftovers. I typically add a banana but I forgot. Of course you have to experiment with the combination of fruits for your own taste. That is the fun of experimenting with cooking!
