امروز یه ویدیو آشپزی دارم واستون که قراره طرز تهیه پاستا آلفردو رو با رسپی خودم بهتون آموزش بدم.
خلاصه این غذارو برای دوست دخترتون یا دوست پسرتون یا خانوادتون درست کنین تا لذتش رو ببرن.

Ingredients:
8 ounces (225 grams) of fettuccine or any other pasta of your choice
1/2 cup (1 stick or 113 grams) of unsalted butter
1 cup (240 milliliters) of heavy cream
1 cup (100 grams) of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: minced garlic, chopped parsley, or cooked chicken or shrimp for added flavor and variety
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Prepare the sauce: In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. If you're using garlic, add it to the melted butter and sauté it for about 1 minute until fragrant. However, this step is optional, and you can skip it if you prefer a plain Alfredo sauce.
Add the cream: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the melted butter. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly to combine the butter and cream. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Incorporate the cheese: Gradually sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese into the cream mixture while stirring continuously. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you want a thicker sauce, let it simmer for a few more minutes, but be careful not to overcook or burn the sauce.
Combine the pasta and sauce: Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss the pasta gently to coat it evenly with the sauce. If desired, you can also add cooked chicken or shrimp at this stage to make it a complete meal.
Serve and garnish: Once the pasta is well coated with the sauce, remove the skillet from the heat. Serve the pasta Alfredo immediately on plates or in bowls. You can garnish it with chopped parsley for added freshness and visual appeal.
